Shipping & Payment

All our products are digital and do not require physical shipping. They are however, delivered or sent electronically to the customer, primarily to an email address provided by the customer during purchase. These digital products purchased are defined as pdf, jpeg and/or mp4 files containing 2D floor plans, 3D pictorial of the house exterior view(s) and/or video tour of the exterior, respectively.

Processing Orders

We deliver our products internationally and locally via emails. During the payment process, the customer MUST ensure to provide an accurate email address for successful delivery. After payment is made and confirmed by our payment processor, an automated email containing the floorplan(s) attachment(s) is immediately sent to the email provided by the customer during payment.

In order to serve our local and international customers, we have incorporated several payment options:

• Debit Card (Card Payment)

• Local Bank Transfer (Cardless Payment)

• PayPal Payment options

 

Card Payment

We accept cards with MasterCard, Visa, Verve, Discover, and American Express symbol.

Keeping your online payments secure is our number one priority. That means you might need to verify your card payment with 3D Secure to complete your transaction. Contact your bank to learn more about 3D Secure authentication.

You will be charged when the ordered is confirmed

If your card transaction is approved, the amount will be reserved immediately and an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. Your card will be charged immediately your order has been processed and an email is sent with the digital products you have ordered.

If your card transaction isn't approved, your order will be canceled. Please contact your bank or card provider if you have any questions about this.

Cardless Payment

You can pay using bank transfer via your local bank mobile App, Internet banking or USSD code. To do so, choose Local Bank transfer and make a transfer of the checkout amount to the account number and bank provided by our payment processor. Our payment processor is Paystack.

Paypal Payment

To pay with PayPal follow the next steps:

1. Select PayPal as your payment method at the checkout.

2. You'll then be redirected to the PayPal website to proceed with the payment.

3. If you're already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your user details and confirm the payment. If you're new to PayPal, you can create a PayPal account and then confirm the payment.

4. You'll then return to draeveconstruction.com and your order and payment will be complete!

Due to the extensive plan inventory and diverse price options available on www.draeveconstruction.com, we may occasionally find data entry errors in the pricing of our plans. Draeve reserves the right to correct such errors as they are discovered. No order and pricing shall be final until confirmed by Draeve.
